OBJECTIVE OF SUCRE ART CLUB 1. Seek financing, produce, and market audiovisual content for the Internet, radio, and TV produced by artists from Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia, and Panama, regardless of their political, sexual, religious, or generational orientation. Produce for people of all ages without racial, ethnic or geographic, political, religious, or historical-cultural discrimination, avoiding forms of discrimination that increased during the pandemic and that led to massive protests by blacks, indigenous people, and especially women. 2. Produce songs, theater, documentaries, movies, shorts, all in audio production, in Spanish and English, which are the two most geographically extended languages ​​in the American Continent. 3. Use art so that artists can earn money with their art and at the same time protect biodiversity, cultural diversity, health, the dignity of living beings and people, this includes human and nature rights, as well as to cultivate feelings, motivate tolerant behaviors, solidarity, overcome borders, to perceive reality from all angles, recognize in beauty, in harmony, forms of peaceful coexistence, non-invasive, aggressive, or violent behavior, among human beings, seek respect for nature. THE STRATEGY 1. Legalize a company. 2. Concentrate most of the share capital in a person who is the director and CEO of the company, who is the person who contributes the most financially and with time in direction and creativity, that is, the one who risks the most. 3. Distribute the other 49 percent among the artists and creatives who participate in audiovisual production. 4. Allocate the income in such a way that it serves 30 to finance new products, 30 percent to capitalize the company, that is, for savings, and 30% for distribution among the partners. 5. Summon artists and promote their work and creativity. 6. Create, promote and sell artistic products, for the Internet, TV, and radio or events, through your own channel on YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TIK TOK, YOUR BLOG ON GOOGLE and other networks, as well as creating relationships with national media and foreigners. 7. Capture as many artists as possible and include them among the minority shareholders, so that while companies normally grow because they have more shareholders who contribute money, this company grows because they have more partner artists and the success of some helps or finances the others. the rest.
